What are the delivery and pick-up dates for subscriptions?

Monthly subscriptions begin in June (date TBD)and will continue once a month for 4 months. Weekly subscriptions begin in July and will continue weekly for 8 consecutive weeks.

Deliveries occur on Tuesdays or Thursdays, based on your delivery area. Pickups will be on Saturdays.

What are the details of bouquet deliveries?

Your bouquet will come wrapped in paper, with NO vase or water. Please leave a clean container of water by your front door for us to place your flowers in. You will receive a text or email when your bouquet has arrived. Please contact us with special delivery requests.

What are the details of bouquet pickups?

Stop by to pick up your bouquet at our home on Saturdays 8am-8pm: 509 Walnut Hill Rd., West Chester. Your bouquet will be kept in water and under a tent near the driveway. Please sign the provided form upon pick-up. If you forget to pick up, I can leave the flowers out overnight, but freshness is not guaranteed.

Is there an option to pay weekly rather than upfront?

Yes. The website checkout does not allow for automatic payments, but I am happy to set it up for you. Please email your request through the contact page.

What is the size of a market bouquet?

Our market bouquets contain 20 or more stems including specialty focal flowers, filler flowers, and foliage. They are pictured in our subscription gallery here.

How will my flowers stay fresh if I cannot be home to receive my delivery?

Please remember to place your water bucket by your door. A shaded spot is best, so if you have no shade at your front door, you can request another drop off spot. It is best not to leave your flowers in the heat for long. We cannot be responsible for flowers that have been left to wilt in the summer heat.

All pick-up orders will be safely kept on water and in the shade.

What if I am away and cannot receive my bouquet?

There are several options. You may…

  1. Arrange to have someone else collect your bouquet for you.

  2. Gift your bouquet to someone for local delivery. (Please contact us with change in delivery address)

  3. Notify us about skipping a week, and we will arrange for an additional delivery at the end of your subscription. (We cannot reschedule unless we have been notified of these changes before your scheduled delivery)
